Our stencil printer lays down perfectly even solder paste every time. The rigid frame and PCB placement mean crisp pads and consistent joints, whether you’re assembling a single prototype or a short production run.

Step #2 - Place station
Placestation ensures every component is placed swiftly and precisely on your solder-pasted PCB.
The Placestation desktop machine picks and positions components - from 0402 passives to fine-pitch ICs - at speeds and accuracies rivaling full-scale factory lines. Dual-camera vision alignment ensures sub-0.1 mm repeatability with effortless setup.

Step #3 - Solder station
A compact reflow oven fuses the solder paste, locking components onto your PCB with a flawless finish.
Finish the build with our compact reflow oven, tuned for modern lead-free profiles. Multi-zone temperature control delivers flawless solder joints and protects sensitive parts, so every board emerges production-ready.
