1. General

By purchasing from placestation.in you agree to these terms. All products are sold by Tejwani Industries Private Limited, Kalyan, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN: 27AALCT0935H1Z6).

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on placestation.in are in INR and are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (CGST + SGST for delivery within Maharashtra, IGST for delivery outside Maharashtra) is calculated and shown as a separate line before payment. A GST tax invoice is provided for all purchases. For example, a product listed at ₹2,00,000 will be charged ₹2,00,000 plus applicable GST.

3. Orders and payment

Orders paid online are confirmed upon successful payment. Orders placed with bank transfer are confirmed when the full amount is received in our account; dispatch happens only after full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Shipping

Products are shipped from Kalyan, Maharashtra. Delivery timelines vary by location. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

5. Returns & refunds

No returns or refunds on delivered orders. DOA replacements and warranty repairs as per our return & warranty policy.

6. Warranty

All products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. See our warranty policy for full details.

7. Limitation of liability

Tejwani Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
