This policy explains what personal information Tejwani Industries Private Limited ("we") collects through placestation.in and how we use it.

What we collect

Order details — name, company, GSTIN, email, phone, billing/shipping address, and the products you order.
Enquiries — what you send us through the contact form or email.
Payment information — card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or account numbers; we receive a payment ID and payment method only.
Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser) kept by our hosting provider for security, and, if you accept, advertising measurement by Google.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, issue GST invoices, provide installation, training and warranty support, reply to enquiries, meet legal and tax obligations, and measure our advertising.

Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
Google (advertising measurement)
Tax authorities where required by law (e.g. GST returns, e-way bills)

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Order and invoice records are kept in our business systems for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Your browser stores your cart locally on your device; you can clear it at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law) by emailing placestation@zohomail.in.
